The Energy Savings Assistance Whole Home Program is funded by California utility ratepayers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and is implemented by MAROMA Energy Services through a contract with Southern California Edison (SCE) on behalf of both SCE and Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas).
